Shipping Policy:
Production Time: Because our apparel is produced via a print-on-demand partner, each item is printed specifically for you when the order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be created before it ships.
Shipping: Once produced, your items will be shipped directly to your door. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package is on its way.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Made-To-Order: Since every item is printed specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not carry stock on-hand and cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Defects & Issues: We want you to love your gear! If your item arrives with a print error or damage, please reach out to us at petagoat@proton.me within 14 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
