1. Service Areas
I currently ship exclusively within the United States, including the Lower 48, Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, I do not offer international shipping or delivery to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2. Shipping Rates
To keep things simple and affordable, I offer the following rates:
Jewelry & Small Accessories: Flat rate of $4.99 per order.
Mugs & Home Decor: Calculated at checkout based on weight and your location to ensure the most accurate USPS pricing.
Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping!
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: Most orders are packaged and ready to head to the post office within 1-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery: I ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once your package is scanned at the post office, it typically arrives in 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from Delaware.
Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created.
4. Combined Shipping: If you order multiple items in a single transaction, they will be bundled into one shipment whenever possible to reduce packaging waste and save you money.
5. Address Accuracy: Please PLEASE double-triple-check your shipping address during checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping cost to resend it.
6. Damaged or Lost Items: I want your items to arrive in perfect condition as much as you do!
Damages: If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo of the item and packaging immediately and contact me -petagoat@proton.me- within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Packages: While I am not responsible for USPS delays or theft, I will do my utmost to help you locate a missing package or file a claim if it has been lost in transit.
Return & Exchange Policy: I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Pet A Goat Junction! If something isn't quite right, I am here to help!
1. Return Window:
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.
2. Condition of Returns: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
Special Note on Diffuser Jewelry: For health and safety reasons, any jewelry featuring lava beads (diffusers) cannot be returned or exchanged if essential oils or perfumes have already been applied to the beads.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely for the return trip; I recommend using a padded mailer or the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized orders.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Used diffuser jewelry (as noted above).
4. Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
I recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please reach out to me immediately -petagoat@proton.me- with a photo of the item and the packaging so I can make it right.
